On a project's Files tab, you may upload and download structures/sequences and run scripts in your current session or remove them from the project. You may also create a report from or download a Query Summary File for the transcript associated with the project.
Click the file's ellipsis (...) icon then select the appropriate option: Upload, Download, or Run.

Click the file's ellipsis (...) icon then select Remove from Project.
Note: This only removes the reference or "pointer" to the file, which still exists in My Files.
On the Transcripts tab, click the ellipsis (...) icon then select the appropriate option:
Create Report
Query Summary:
Download PDF
Download RTF
