Downloading Structure Files

To download stored structure files:

1. Click My Files, and then select Structures.
   
   
   

2. On the Structures page, you have the option to download one or more files:

• Download a single file.

  Click the structure file's ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Download.

  
  The selected structure file downloads as a .cxf file.

  

• Download a folder of files.

  Click the folder's ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Download Folder.

  

  The files to be downloaded display in the Download File window. Click the Ok button.

  

  The folder and its contents download as a single .zip file; structures as .cxf files and sequences as .txt files.

  

• Download a page of files.

  Click the Select All check box, and then click the Download icon.

  

  

  The folders and files to be downloaded display in the Download File window. Click the Ok button.

  

  Files download as a single .zip file; structures as .cxf files and sequences as .txt files. Any folders with their respective files are maintained.
