The following views are available in the View Selector menu: All sequences, Highlighted sequences only, and 2D Overview.
Note: The Smooth Height option may applied to the All sequences and Highlighted sequences only views.
All sequences is the default Bioscape view.
Highlighted sequences only flattens all non-highlighted (non-refined) sequence bars.
The Smooth Height option is selected by default and visually emphasizes smaller variances between sequence bars; unchecking it visually shortens all but the sequence bars with the highest patent counts.
