Downloading Sequence Files

To download stored sequence files:

1. Click My Files, and then select Structures.
   
   
   

2. On the Structures page, you have the option to download one or more files:

• Download a single file.

  Click the sequence file's ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Download.

  
  The selected sequence file downloads as a .txt file.

  

• Download a folder of files.

  Click the folder's ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Download Folder.

  

  Click the Ok button in the Download File window.

  

  The folder and its contents download as a single .zip file; sequences as .txt files and structures as .cxf files.

  

• Download all files.

  Click the Select All check box and then click the Download icon.

  

  

  Click the Ok button in the Download File window.

  

  Files download as a single .zip file; sequences as .txt files and structures as .cxf files. Any folders with their respective files are maintained.
