Important: A Query Summary file will only successfully download for a transcript if the LHIST setting was ON and you ended your session with Logoff or Logoff Hold. If the session expired or you closed the window, the transcript will not have captured the necessary information.
Note: To be prompted to download your last session Query Summary file, switch Prompt at Logoff/Logoff Hold under the Query Summary File setting to ON.
Important: Logoff History (LHIST) must be switched ON to download a valid Query Summary file.
On the Transcripts page, click a transcript's ellipsis (...) button, and then under Query Summary, select Download PDF or Download RTF.
The Query Summary file downloads in the selected format with "- QSF" is appended to the end of the transcript name.
